The Marquis Apartments

Northern Waterproofing & Restoration Co., Inc. was enlisted by Candlebrook Properties to execute a complete exterior facade inspection, which resulted in a total facade restoration across all six buildings within the property. The project entailed the removing and replacing of all mortar joints, sealants, and window systems, followed by an exterior grade commercial masonry coating application. This coating system and color scheme was designed to enhance the overall appearance and infuse a modern, urban appearance, reminiscent of New York architecture.
