JAMES J. GUINAN III
Chairman Of The Board
Founder and Chairman of Northern Waterproofing & Restoration. Mr. Guinan recently retired following over 50 years in the construction/waterproofing trade. James has extensive experience in bricklaying, waterproofing, masonry restoration, concrete rehabilitation and historic restoration. A respected businessman and well-rounded member of the construction community.

Mr. Guinan’s familial heritage traces back to the beginning of Northern Waterproofing & Restoration, where he embarked on his professional journey as a laborer during his formative years, acquainting himself with all aspects of the industry. James possesses a wealth of knowledge in waterproofing, masonry restoration, concrete rehabilitation, and parking garage restoration. Accumulating over a decade of expertise in estimating, he holds a degree in construction management and several certifications, notably including OSHA 30. Safeway Scaffolding, Sikalastic RoofPro, and confined spaced.
DAVID GUINAN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr Guinan earned a degree from Villanova University in Communication Studies, Marketing & Finance with a minor in Psychology. David has been with the firm for 13 years and is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, managing up to 84 abacuses at the same time, which includes the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. David also guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for all of Northern.
JOSHUA STEWARD
VP OF FIELD OPERATIONS
Mr. Steward contributes his extensive 13 year knowledge in building construction, specializing in sealants, coatings, bricklaying, waterproofing, masonry restoration, concrete rehabilitation. Josh has been responsible for not only quality work and productivity, but also performing on site safety meetings to ensure the safety of all of our employees. Josh oversees Northern's operations over various locations, bringing a strategic vision and innovative approach in creating, managing and executing strategic programs.
ANDREW CARLIN
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Mr. Carlin is a proud alum of West Chester University, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Science. He brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned project manager in both Residential and Commercial Construction. Boasting over six years of exceptional project management services. His skill set includes adeptly coordinating projects of various sizes, ranging from individual assignments to complex multi-site and multi-phase fit-outs. Apart from his commendable dedication and leadership capabilities, Mr. Carlin's talent in identifying and resolving potential challenges positions him as a valuable asset to Northern. His responsibilities span a broad spectrum of duties, encompassing tasks such as estimating, permitting, ensuring jobsite safety and training, managing client and vendor communications, and supervising product and material sourcing, procurement, and distribution.
FRANK SAVISKI
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Mr. Saviski is accomplished in consulting with a proven track record in the insurance sector. Proficient in Photography, Xactimate, Relationship Development, Storm Damage Assessment, and Roofing. A dedicated consulting professional with expertise in inspecting roofs and siding alongside service technicians to assess repair or replacement needs. Additionally, adept at supervising daily operations and schedules of team members, meticulously reviewing their documentation.
Frank brings over seven years of hands-on experience in Roofing and Siding, specializing in Project Management, estimating, and independently managing project execution. Moreover, holds a OSHA 30 certification.

BUSINESS/MARKETING ANALYST
With a fervent dedication to business development, Mrs. Bogus excels as a detail-oriented professional with robust critical thinking abilities. Charlotte's core responsibilities encompass business development, facilitating seamless communication, orchestrating comprehensive reports, conducting job performance analysis, scheduling meetings, and sales.
