Norwood House Apartments

Northern Waterproofing & Restoration Co., was contracted by Westover Companies to undertake a total replacement of all balcony structures, due to their deteriorating condition. The multi-phased project consisted of emergency shoring, demolition of existing concrete cantilevered balcony decks, concrete threshold repair, and then a newly constructed two-story wood/composite balcony structure. This project enhanced the overall safety, security, and aesthetic curb appeal.
