Crum Creek Condos

Camco Management enlisted the services of Northern Waterproofing and Restoration for the repair and restoration of all balconies at their Crum Creek Condominiums Complex. Northern Waterproofing and Restoration performed all services from suspended scaffolding and boom lift equipment. NWR replaced all sealants, applied a clear sealer to all masonry components, repaired any deteriorated concrete, and applied a new pedestrian deck coating system within all balcony structures. Upon completion, the exterior building facade was high-pressure cleaned in order to enhance the overall curb appeal and value of the community.
